STEP ONE

CLIENT CHECKLIST

In any new project the Dynamite team undertakes, it is imperative we get a baseline to begin from. To this end we have created a simple checklist for our clients to fill out. This checklist includes fundamental questions pertaining to the job we are about to undertake and will keep our team informed and on track during the rest of the website design process.

STEP TWO

PERSONA TESTING

We find only through Persona Testing do we truly expose your business's target audience. Through this process we are then able to create robust marketing strategies that appeal to this relevant persona, in the hopes of increasing engagement and traffic on your website. This step of our workflow process is specifically provided for the larger website builds.

STEP THREE

WIREFRAMES

This step of the process is extremely important as it allows the client a first look at the proposed website structure before any design or development begins. During this process the client is given the opportunity to address any flow issues they may have identified on the wireframes which can then be amended before commencing with the website look & feel.

STEP FOUR

PROJECT PLAN

We create a custom project plan for each and every website build. This project plan not only informs the client of the time and resources required for their website build, it also keeps the Dynamite team on track and working according to the same brief. This prevents any confusion as we move on to the design and development process.

STEP FIVE

LOOK & FEEL

This step of the process is where the design work begins. Our design team first draft a complete JPEG/PDF document showcasing the proposed websites Homepage look & feel. Once the Homepage is reviewed and approved by the client, we then begin the designs of the associated linking pages where applicable. All design work receives an internal review before being sent through to the client for approval.

STEP SIX

DEVELOPMENT

We have segmented our development process into two phases. The first phase is the Alpha Version which is achieved when the development team reach 50% of the total website build requirements. The next stage is the Beta Version, which is 80% of the total website build.

STEP SEVEN

WEBSITE TESTING

Up until this point the website development process has been focused on getting the website to 100% completion. The next point of call is to stress test the website demo, ensuring it conforms to the current industry norms. This includes testing on multiple browsers and responsive devices, running error log tests as well as website speed tests further.

STEP EIGHT

FINAL LOOK

This is the final stage before taking the website live. Our design team ensures their look & feels have been properly translated onto the demo website. We also provide the client the opportunity to attend a final meeting with our team to run-through the website one last time.

STEP NINE

SET IT OFF

It's time to take your website live. Our development team packages the website files and database as a complete backup. We then either liaise with your chosen website hosting company, or alternatively the client can choose to host their website with us further. The process generally takes between 2 - 24 hours depending on the status of your domain, etc.
